- Zafar Khan, Hizabr al-Din Yusuf
- (?-1300)A maternal nephew of 'Ala al-Din Khalji (1296-1316). On 'Ala al-Din's acces-sion (1296), he was made 'ariz and entitled Zafar Khan. In 1298, Za-far Khan, along with Ulugh Khan, commanded Delhi's forces against the Mongols led by Qutlugh Qocha. In a battle near Delhi, Zafar Khan defeated the Mongols, pursuing them for nearly 48 kilometers.
